BMPRO new makeup line set to launch in Ghana

Having been an avid lover of fine art, I took Art lessons as a child, growing up on Obafemi Awolowo University campus, Ile Ife. This love had me painting my own face and experimenting with makeup as a freshman in college. Back then at the University of Lagos, I remember accosting total strangers to ask if i could trim their eyebrows or try out eyeshadow colors on them.

They always obliged and some of them became fast friends!. I became known as the go-to-person for makeovers whenever there were sorority parties or rave nights back then. As the bookings continued to increase and as i left college it was only the next step to take--BMPRO was birthed.

My first studio opened on Rumens Road Ikoyi. Tiny as it was it was a haven for all my beautiful customers who came for services and booked their home service makeovers in there. In 2005, i decided to create my own line of cosmetics because i wasnt quite satisfied with the international brands' finish.

BMPROMAKEUP launched with 14 items. It sold out within weeks and ALAS! Expansion was imminent.. Today, BMPRO makeup has 65 products in the nigerian market as well as distributors all over nigeria, the uk, usa, ghana and canada. Its success is based on the acceptance of its quality all over the world.

The BMPRO TEAM comprises of passionate, driven Makeup Artists,Gele Artists, Hairstylists, Nail Technicians,SkinCare and Waxing experts, Beauty School Tutors. I have personally trained them and I am indeed proud of every single one of them as ive watched them grow and hone their artistic skills. WE continue to create looks for The runway (mbgn, miss nigeria, tiffany amber, house of marie, odio mimonet) Bridal (over 10,000 brides and counting) Editorial cover pages and fashion magazines (this day,WOW, genevieve, the sun, city people, vanguard, punch,MANIA ) and especially the regular woman who wants to look extremely beautiful. The BMPRO flawless signature style is easily recognized, and you can tell a BMPROBRIDE miles apart! 

BMPRO has won many accolades based on my work as a makeup artist. For this recognition I am indeed thankful.

Bmpro has recently relocated to its new ultra-modern flagship store in dolphin estate ikoyi, which houses a spa, nail room,hair salon, photography studio as well as the makeup studio.
